2 oranges, and a bowlful of beef mince with some Italian sauce and diced tomatoes. With a fair gap in between both of them, as citrus fruits sometimes don't mix well with some dishes for me (I'm guessing it may be the olive oil in those dishes). But, regardless of that, I love citrus fruits, as they're my favourite kind of fruit, and I eat them often.

Some organically-homegrown lemon cucumbers. In my opinion, their taste isn't so special, but they have a nice soft texture inside and they look neat. Being cucumbers, they don't pack a lot of nutritional value as compared to other fruits/vegetables. I can safely say that I won't be growing these again.

I also decided to do something fun with them as their colour and skin texture was lovely. ()

I later had a couple of 5 organic egg omelettes with organic spices. I also had some organic unhulled tahini mixed with organic pure honey, mixing the two produces a taste like karah which I like the taste of (I only found out about this today. I actually haven't had karah for likely over a year, and I don't think I will, so I'm glad to find this).

EDIT: I think that the lemon cucumbers taste nicer after being left in the fridge for some time and then cut into quarters.

What You Need

1/2 cup finely chopped onion's
5 cups fresh corn kernel's
1 small jalape�o pepper , thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 cup milk
1 large zucchini , thinly sliced
3/4 cup Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
Make It

Cook onions in large nonstick ovenproof skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in corn and peppers; cover. Cook 5 to 6 min. or until corn is tender, stirring frequently.
Mix flour and milk until blended. Add to corn mixture; mix well. Cook 4 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Add zucchini; mix well. Top with cheese.
Heat broiler. Broil vegetable mixture 3 to 4 min. or until cheese is melted.

Home Made Comfort Food.

I made a a nicely seared T Bone steak with salt and pepper. I then seared the outsides with a cast iron skillet and then threw it in the oven. Once in the oven I put about 1 table spoon of butter on it and let it caramelize when cooking. After about 6 minutes I took it out and let it rest. It's really good stuff. Along with my delightful steak I had mashed potatoes and some mac and cheese. The potatoes and mac n' cheese were straight from the box. Ain't no one got time to make that from scratch!

Not the last thing I've ever eaten... but this is something you should at least try before you die (unless your religion forbids you) :

PORK BELLY GRILLED KOREAN STYLE (not sure if this has been posted yet, but I can't trawl through all 99 pages of yummy recipes quite yet. So apologies if this is double posting...

It is so good. Especially with Korean soju- kind of vodka? But weaker.

My mates and I have a large granite stone slab we picked up from a derelict church somewhere, cleaned it throughly (sprayed vinegar, boiling water etc.) before we heated it with a fricking campfire... and get thinly sliced pork belly (nice and cheap from any local butchers, ask them to cut it very thin) on top of the heated up granite stone slab! This takes around 60-90 minutes to heat it up nicely depending on the thickness of the stone, so if you can't wait then just get a barbecue grill XD

But trust me you're going to miss out on the flavour if you fry it on a frying pan... You don't get the same kind of JUICE!

Erm, ahem. Anyway, cook it thoroughly before serving it with sticky rice! Sticky rice is always with short grain rice (sushi rice, korean rice, anything short grain rice will do, not LONG GRAIN), cooked in a pressure cooker or a pot (just make sure you get the water level right, and DON'T EVER OPEN THE LID BEFORE THE RICE IS COOKED otherwise the steam will come out and your rice will be a lovely piece of MESS)

And get some kimchi while you're at it! Just buy the kind. If you don't know what kimchi is, I think you're missing out.

This is all personal opinions IMO. Next time, I'm going to teach you all how to make macarons and cannoncini! (Pastries and confectionaries galore! Sweet toothed people rejoice!)
