The theme you're looking for plays at the end of the track "Imperfect Cell Theme". However, the remix in that video in particular was not released, although coycoy88 did rip it under the title "Cell Is Complete".

Not that one. I was referring to the ones on the first page, and the huge collection that someone uploaded with a bunch of individual songs. All but 2 or 3 of 100 something links are still active. The rest are all dead.

I don't remember having heard those cues before...... I never saw DBZ dubbed, I belong to those who saw it in it is original form back in 1994. But I know one thing or two about the american soundtrack.
