aces has part of the answer right...just to be clear I was asking what are the ages that get written down, not what are their current ages. So that part is wrong. Also I didn't think Dagger's age is ever found on a wall anywhere?

EDIT: As I wrote this, another guess suddenly came to me! Is it one of the Black Mages (no idea which number) the one who died, I think they might have documented his age by his grave.

The answer was Eiko, Mog, and Vivi at ages 3, 3, and 6 respectively. Not sure about that black mage grave... whoever wants the next one can take it.
