Actually, this Rumble was only supposed to include:

FFIV, FFVI, FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX, FFX, and FFX-2. My knowledge of the other ones are not that great, compared to these seven. So I just decided to have four contestants from each game, four Wild-Cards, and then it would make 32.

I get so confused between all these rumbles!

Kefka-As the majority of Final Fantasy fans will admit, the most sinister villian in the history of the series. Poisons the Doma water supply.

Sephiroth-Was more of a no-show than a show during the game. Had a cool looking sword, and some good music to accompany him.

Kefka - wow, this battle came pretty fast. May as well get it outta the way, huh? But yeah, this is the guy who not only poisioned Doma's water supply, but openly declared hate for your characters, mocked them, rearranged a world and ultimately destroyed all magic. Definitely Kefka.

P.S.: Kefka's evils are pretty fresh in my mind since I've been playing Final Fantasy VI on Playstation lately.

Damn! Kefka's the best at being a villian, but I'm a Sephiroth fan. So, Sephiroth for me.

Zemorus-the boss of FFIV. Is previously known as Zemus, until Cecil uses the Crystal and reveals it's true form. Manipulated Golbez into acquiring the Crystals to bring down the Giant of Bab-il.

Kuja-the boss of FFIX. He is a very powerful mage, and rides a silver dragon. Infamous for his feminine look.

Le Blanc-is the head of the Leblanc Syndicate, the only sphere-hunting group other the Gullwings that can really be taken at all seriously. She tried to impersonate Yuna... could she be the sworn foe of the Gull... er, Dullwings? She usually fights with her henchmen Ormi and Logos. After a certain mission, she finds it in her interests to aid the Gullwings and the two groups actually become kind of friendly.

Seifer really got on my nerves and I never saw him as that great a character. You know, I'll go with Leblanc. She demonstrated some depth and I thought made the game more interesting.

Necron-Death and destruction in a physical form, he desires for the world to return to nothingness. Quotes Yoda for no apparent reason.

Sin-A giant whale-looking villian. In the beginning of the game, it appears that he is nothing more than a giant ball of water. But as you progress deeper into it, you finally get to see the true form of Sin.

Golbez-Is the villian of the game until you figure out that he is simply being manipulated by Zemorus. Turns out that him and Cecil are brothers of KluYa, which put an incredible twist on the story IMO.

Rufus-After Sephiroth kills the President of Shinra, his son whom is Rufus takes over soon thereafter. He orders the Midgar Cannon to fire at the Northern Crater, in hopes of eliminated the still Sephiroth.

Ahhh...Rufus I suppose.

Yeah, Rufus, 'cause like you said, Golbez was just being manipulated. Besides, Rufus is really evil and not only that, he's a good speech-maker. Plus, he actually shares some of the same feelings towards his henchmen that the players no doubt have, and isn't afraid to say so out loud.

Golbez was the better character.

Shuyin-Lenne's lover; He tried to steal the weapon Vegnagun to save her. The two were killed by Bevelle forces, but his consciousness was trapped in the Den of Woe, where his growing hatred burned for a thousand years. Becoming only a shadow, he manipulated the Crimson Squad to once again gain control of Vegnagun.

Heidegger-I'm sure everyone remembers this fat man for his infamous laugh.

Heidegger wasn't that great at all, but Shuyin really sucked, so Heidegger gets my vote. I mean Shuyin, he was just some shadow. He wasn't even really evil. I pitied him.

Emperor Gestahl-Believe it or not, but he once told Kefka what to do and when to do it. But while on the Floating Continent, his apprentice dethroned the Emperor, and became the new villian of the game.

Raijin & Fujin-You fight/encounter these two characters numerous times throughout the game. The first time you face them in battle is inside a hotel, and it is a difficult battle to win.

Vegnagun-A weapon developed by Bevelle. It was locked away after Sin came. The fatal flaw of this weapon was that it was indiscriminate; it couldn't tell the difference between friend or foe. It's capable of detecting hatred and springing to life. Shuyin tried to take control of to save Lenne and then once again 1000 years later to erase the hatred in Spira and fade together with Lenne.

vs.

Queen Brahne-The mother of Garnet and the Queen of Alexandria. She was so obsessed with power so she used Garnet�s Eidolons to conquer other major cities. In the end, she�ll realize the mistakes she did and felt really sorry for it.

And this was an absolutely brutal defeat for the FFX-2 participant, leaving only one left to keep the game from being swept out of here.

Next Battle:

Edea-Was believed to be the villian of the game for a good portion of it. Had Seifer by his side often, and also Rinoa for a little while. After a certain event in the game, she joins your party, and you also find out that she and Cid are married.

vs.

Yu Yevon-looks like a beetle, and is the villian of the game. YY was protected by the thick hide of Sin, and very few knew about it until Tidus & Co. thrived to save Yuna from sacrificing herself. Kills itself in the final battle if you just sit there and do nothing.

Edea was never really a villain, but man does Yu Yevon suck. I think we might have another lopsided vote here.

BTW --- I never knew Yu Yevon kills itself. I thought you still had kill it, it was just that you couldn't lose (unless you petrify your characters.)

During the battle, your party is automatically blessed with Auto-Life for the entire fight. Yu Yevon attacks your party, which kills it and also damages itself. So basically, you can just sit there and die a few times, waiting for the beetle to perish.

Yu Yevon cause I love the thought of a suicidal final boss.

As a villian, Edea worked much, much better than Yu Yevon. The fear that she inspired just by her few appearances, not to mention the giant ice thing she put through Squall's heart made her the cold-hearted ice queen.

Yu Yevon, on the other hand, we knew nothing about - sure, it was his fault all this happened, but you never really felt any real hate for him, like you did Seymour.

Early on in the game, I was hoping 'Yevon' was al-bhed for 'Tidus' - when I learnt enough letters to realize it wasn't, I was disappointed :(

Kain-There were two points during the game in which he betrays you and is fighting with Golbez. He once demanded the Torian Crystal for the exchange of Rosa; if not, she would die. After you exit the Sealed Cave, Kain betrays you once again, taking the Crystal to Golbez.

vs.

Lone Wolf-While you are on the mountain top in Narshe during a specific point in the game, he gives you the option to choose between saving Mog, or obtaining a pendant. Later, you meet him inside the locked house with a bunch of treasure chests.

Scarlett-In one of the flashbacks, she orders soldiers to open fire on Barret and Dyne. As Barret is struggling to pull Dyne out of the gorge after he slipped off the cliff, some of the bullets strike Barret's left arm, thus sending Dyne down to his apparent doom. Later in the game, Scarlett and Tifa get in a slapping contest.

Ultimecia-We all know her as the final boss of the game. She tries to use Rinoa for help with the Time Compression.

Ultimecia possessed Edea as part of her schemes. She hates SeeD and lives in a creepy mansion. Some people think she's actually Rinoa.

And I'm voting for Scarlet. I didn't think much of Ultimecia as a villain.

Zorn & Thorn-Queen Brahne's twin-esque henchman. The only beings able to extract Eidolions from a person.

Trema-He created New Yevon and hoarded sphere's of Spira's past - only to destroy them. He manipulates powerful fiends and is a maniacal nihilist. The party finds him at the bottom of a dark dungeon, where tries to bring them over to his ways, but in the end, they vanquish him.

Trema didnt care for Zorn&Thorn that much so yeah Trema

Zorn & Thorn were funny, but pretty lame as far as actual villainous goes. Trema was the only villain really worth anything in FFX-2.

Zorn and Thorn were funny for a few minutes, but they really annoyed me before long, thus I vote for Trema.
