Well, if one does a search for some of the franchises listed in that wiki link, one'd be surprised since there's a ton of stuff up on the forum (and recent shares too). I find that very conflicting. Unless ofc. the ban is in effect since like yesterday or something. :D

Yes, I indeed understand Before/After factor here. That was my whole point.
As for people who don't read rules... I imagine an average user reads them on sign-up. In the particular case, (from my experience at least), I don't see anyone reading ban rules more than once in a month or less (let alone daily, which would be absurd), so it's possible that there would be mistakes (ESPECIALLY if it's not updated correctly).
As for intentional rulebreakers... well, no need to say anything about those.

...your right....when rules change it is not always known immediatly...that when someone gives a hint that it is not allowed and that a link or a share should be removed...
when that doesn't happen it is usually reported...and if it is a repeat offender the user is banned

What a surprise. I'd bet on these being my scans. Scans I had made myself but never worked on them, because of the intensive pain it would be, considering my printer-scanner did these very very dirty as you can notice, specially in the back leaflet.. I gave them to someone for cleaning up, I wonder if it was him. Good work but I'd have worked up on cleaning them up a bit more..

Good question - as far as I know, it hasn't been explicitly forbidden, nor has it been allowed (The relevant thread states clearly: "MUSIC that may NOT be posted for legal reasons"!) Mostly, sharing of scans, as in this thread, happens more or less "under the radar", and as long as the admins don't say no, I would say it's okay. Besides, it could be considered as advertisement for the labels, to buy albums which, as per forum rules, are not being shared on this website anyway.

But, I may be completely wrong about this... who am I to say what's right and what's wrong... I'm just a retired General! :)

It's been clarified in the past (can't remember which thread) but nothing - no element that is owned by 20th Century Fox, be it music or artwork or whatever else - can be posted here. Scans included.
