Any news of a Tales of Graces gamerip? It doesn't work on Dolphin, so someone will need to do a line-in rip from their Wii or somehow convert the ADPCM data on the disc.

Well I went ahead and listened to one of the more popular tracks "Lion ~ Irony of Fate" that's just crawling all over every release of Tales of Destiny there is...

It seems to match up with the special DVD release version of the song on "Orange Gumi"; which someone somewhere was nice enough to rip from the DVD.

So... you could say it's a Rearranged version. The other songs probably follow suit too... I was hoping the owner of the CD would step up to tell us more about it... but guess this will have to do.

I'm not the original ripper of those albums, so I have no extra info on them. Vgmdb tells that some of the songs are arranged, but I don't have any idea if they're already on some of the previous arrange albums.

It won't hit stores till tomorrow. Only those people who pre-ordered it are likely to receive it today; and they don't always share. I however was using what money I had to post up the "Remy, the Homeless Girl OST 1" (look in the world masterpiece collection or old anime music forums if interested)....

So I didn't get the chance to order this one, so we may be on wait for a week or more... depending when people ordered it, how many people ordered it and if any of them are nice enough to up it to someplace that we can find it and get it.

I just did another search for it, searching both Tales of Graces and テイルズオブグレイセス FLAC. still not finding a download for it.
I couldent order the OST as i bourght 2 LE FFXIII OST + the JPN PS3 game, FFXIII OST to me isent what I expected, I'd say i like FFXII better overall at the moment.
I think I'll enjoy ToG more once I hear it.. hopfully thats not too much longer.

In the wait for the Tales of Graces OST (And also the GOD EATER OST, and Yggdra Unison OST), I have been listening to the soundtrack for Hexyz Force. While not Sakuraba, I love the work Shigeki Hayashi does.

Yeah, I have been as well. It's a pretty good OST. I'd recommend it to anybody who needs something new to listen to in the meantime.

If you get an error while extracting some tracks, just repair the archive. I've added a recovery recorded, so it should extract fine after repairing.

Here's the tutorial anyway.

Open the rar archive instead of extracting it and then go to tools, select repair archive from the list, then select where you want the repaired archive to be saved (you don't really have to do this) and press ok . It'll take a little while to repair, depending on the filesize, but it'll say when it's done. Once the recovery is finished it'll give you another rar archive with the same name as the original rar archive, but with fixed at the beginning. Extract this archive and the music should all extract fine.

Sadly it doesn't seem it was released on either of her two singles for that song... but there is a full instrumental... yes, it's actually instrumental. As the Version of the CD I have had the Karaoke; and the other version had the instrumental. *has listened and compared both*

Maybe Jesse might be able to rip that one song for us from the game? I would love a Ballad version.

None of the music can be ripped from the game, with the exception of I Want to Protect You ~White Wishes~ (Tales of Graces Version) and I Want to Protect You ~white wishes~ (Ending Version), the game uses a weird format that hasn't been cracked yet.

I'd have to play the game and record it, but i can't play jap games on my Wii.

Guess I can't help on that one since the rip seems to be down - but I wonder if those multiple themes are really called like this - I mean, Bare it's Fangs is in Tales of Destiny 2's OST included with the name "Timeline" (I'm almost sure, that track was in ND3 too when you fought Stahn or Kyle (not sure) in the Arena) and one of the Take Up the Cross is surely the remix "Ability Test" which is in Tales of Eternia when you fight Cless and Arche in the Arena (similar fight is in ND3's Arena, but not sure about the opponent's there, it was surely Cless and Mint or so, the track plays there too).

Maybe you should take a deeper look into these :)

It is, it's one of the latest missions you get, when your main characters split up - one team goes visiting Yggdrassil in ToP's Thor (if I remember it right, it was the mission with those annoying barriers) while the other team seem to go to ToD's Dycroft (which plays "Dead or Alive ~Past~") and pay Barbatos a little visit :)

It's not really music, but i would share a little thing.
Since 2 years, approximatively, i made some emotisounds (MSN) from most of the Tales of.
There is more of 350 sounds and, 90% of them are made by myself, with the sound tests, or files voice extracted.

Here the link to download them:

Just a question Mewsie, on the Full Symphonia CD (the one with all the music that plays in the OVA) there is only one song in the Disc 2 folder and no songs in the Disc 3 folder. Hey xroutes, if you only desire the single track of something uploaded to YouTube I recommend Googling "video2mp3." I was pointed toward it a while back, and it is a real handy tool to have in my pouch. I rank it a grade A converter in ease and quality, it's rather speedy too.

One can always hope, and be an optimist. Instead of a narcissistic angry turd like 99.999% of all Western Tales fans are today. They are almost as bad as Final Fantasy fans. It's sad really. part of the reason i don't even talk about either subjects much with anyone unless it's positive.

NARIKIRI DUNGEON X should have alot of battle themes can't wait for someone to upload a game music rip of it.

Frankly, the highlight of NariDan X's music - for me at least - was more the remade Tales of Phantasia tracks, some of which are really, really good this time around, compared to the clusterfuck that was the Playstation version's soundfonts.

I severely lack knowledge in the finer arts of game soundtrack ripping, but basic recording is not beyond me, so here, mini-contribution time :

It's a good idea but unfortunately.. I don't really have the money for even one of them right now XD'' I almost hit the "buy" Button for the first CD when I looked up the price for Graces f (which I'll pre-order in a few days) but.... Blame Tales of Graces f T_T And Yuri!!
The more I think about the Rebirth Dramas, the more I want them... Why do they have to be so expensive? >_>'
