Disc 18: The New Tomorrowland - A World on the Move 1967-1975 is giving trouble to download. Can you re-upload it?

I tested and it seems fine.

I have downloaded all other discs without any problem but 18th.
There is a temporal error and retries to download the file but it never work.

My own disclaimer about the Magical Music of Disneyland, the 25 Disc Collection. This is one of my earlier projects. It was completed nearly 5 years ago. Since then I have greatly improved my photo shop editing skills, and my audio editing skills. I have better software for each. I am almost embarrassed to look at the fuzzy looking images posted above. I have improved so much since then. So if you want a better example of my work, please visit my website. Another advantage to the website is that is is not set up in CD format, which means I have no time limitations. I do not have to shorten things so they will fit on an 80 minute CD. I also more than tripled the amount of audio tracks. On my site as of today their are 922 available tracks. I also have acquired hundreds of new things to add, which has been an ongoing project. By the time I get caught up, I should have over 1500 tracks on the site. So if you want to hear a better collection, with better pictures, and laid out in a better format, please come to my site...

This happens to me every single time...it's like a curse. I find a great thread on Disney Park music, someone creates drama, unnecessarily pisses someone off, and then all the links are deleted...!?

For the record, I am eternally grateful to anyone who shares, esp. those great compilations you all make. Do know that for most of us, even for those of us who don't get to visit the forum often, that it is BEYOND appreciated. There are people out here who respect all your work and effort. It's horrible that those who make unnecessary drama ruin it for the rest of us.

I Have Recently Had A Operation So May Have Over reacted. But I Am Still Feeling That These Disney Threads Are To Hostile And Better Off Left Alone (At Least By Me)

Can't say I've ever experienced anyone being "hostile" towards me or bugging me other than one time of many requests. I don't get PM for requests either and everyone seems to be exceptionally happy and gracious when I do PM back and forth. I don't understand how you can get that with all you do to share with everyone. I hope you're not making a mountain out of an ant hill. I know we all have our attitudes and get bitchy and feel like most people just take, take, take, but we both have figured out to sit back for awhile and wait it out a bit, then come back with a clear head and start again, but we must do this silently, because as we feel we're getting things off our chest, we end up looking like a horses arse by griping and complaining over issues that really aren't worth fighting over. Don't let it bother you. I've been all over these boards and I notice you say "thanks" to folks who share, but I don't get mad over you not saying it to me when I know you're taking my uploads. I know you do because you're taking FLAC from others all the time and even found your messages from long ago too, but for some reason, you don't mention it, but that's okay. I'm not going to let it get me down. Cheer up, and maybe you should change your Rumpelstilskin ( The DARK One ) to something more "cherry" like "Prince Charming", for example!!! LOL LOL.

Some of the shares are a password protected RAR inside of a password protected RAR. But depending on your decompression program, you may be entering the wrong password if it simply shows you the same file.

Thanks once again to Mr Gold and everyone who has contributed here. I grew up a Disney kid in the 70s and 80s (born in Huntington beach, lived in Anaheim off Katella, uncle lived in Santa Monica, grandma lived in Anaheim, etc) and I spent at least 2 or 3 days each year at Disneyland from like 1973 through 1989 (Grad Night) so the park and all its nuances are ingrained in my memory. I am truly appreciative to all of you for keeping Disneyland alive and well since I am too far away (and it is too costly) to make even a yearly trip.

And this is why it is so important to leave out all the drama when your feeling are hurt. We've all experienced it on here, but never to the extent that Mr. Gold seems to present here. Personally, I don't believe it, but that is just my opinion. Sometimes we over react when we are hurt and make things into something they aren't, who knows. He said it was bad for him and people hurt his feelings and didn't respect him, so it must be, he wrote it. It will be better for him if he really does walk away, if that is how they feel about his generosity and hard work. I would too. Hopefully others will chip in and help distribute the magic in the music to all those who come to this wonderful place! It only works if everybody shares. Don't forget that.

In spite of what that other thread says about being "Park Music", the original poster had problems on the board and I believe he was banished and everyone stopped posting on it. There has recently been a new-found exorcism of the thread to post what ever you want to in Disney stuff, so have fun with it. My thread is exclusive to HQ audio files only.

I was never rude!! You asked y i deleted the links and i why. A few people had said things about me stealing credit from other members and that the quality was not good (ie Flac) so i deleted whats the point in having low quality stuff.

I was never rude i said that and that was all.with all the great additions provided by supersoaker and gang on the flac thread and jmos and co providing the stuff on the other it seemed ligical to stop and close this. And as i stated i have nothing more to share. And besides i know for a fact all the other uploaders dont like me anyway so if i stay away you get better uploads. Look at all the fine stuff posted by (supersoaker, jmoss, mwizman and hatbox)
I have not left the shrine just the disney bit i am more based in general discussion and the custom covers thread. So enjoy the stuff posted by everyone make sure to like and thank them and encourage them to share.

But the fact that the original thread's Poster And Mr Gold Have Both Been Forced To Stop Means Some Problems Around Here.

To be correct, nobody has FORCED Mr Gold to stop, well, "technically", maybe "MANY" have forced him to stop! and you don't know the half of it with WilliamTaylor1969 regarding his thread "the Official Disneyland/Walt Disney World ride soundtracks". Yes, there are problems around here, but if it continues in the direction it has been going, there won't be any new postings if people don't get a "clue" and take a bit of advice. Regarding williamtaylor1969, I don't even understand what all happened, because I think it had something to do about his interactions with Star Trek threads as well, but I don't really know the half of it either. It's not easy to force anyone out, but it is EASY to get people to stop posting. Just take a stroll thru the threads and see how posters come to a screeching stop. I personally have experienced that and have deleted postings myself because of the lack of shares. I never had all the backlash that Mr Gold has had, but I deleted them because I couldn't beg enough to get people to share, so I felt, screw you, but the fact remains that the ones who got screwed were the ones who came later and had nothing to do with it because the moochers all got the downloads right away. It's really cheap to get an old CD from eBay or Amazon and rip it and share. I get mine digitally, but they are very expensive going that avenue, but there is more available using the ebay & Amazon way. So spend a few buck, so you can offer something worth while and you'll get more than that back in generosity back from those who share back! Hey, it's how it works around here!

Well said thankyou. That is another reason. I am not in it for the thanks, likes and rep (although some think) i could not care less. Its a way of showing us your happy with the stuff shared because if nit what is the point taken the time to do it. But constant requests and no share are annoying. :(

I think you basically summed it up haha, I've just seen around here sometimes (not necessarily in this thread) scores posted in chronological order, and correctly tagged... eg. "Piece A & B" from The Lion King: Legacy Edition could be "Piece C" on The Lion King Complete score.
I just wondered if anyone had the knowledge of the running order of any of the soundtracks, but if not it's not really a massive deal - it's just more for my tagging OCD-esque habit. I'm really bad you know! Everything has to be perfect in my library, it's quite embarrasing! haha

Hi everybody. A friend of mine found a website that shows many soundtracks from IMAX films that have been commercially released. We found one CD that contained the soundtrack from the 1982 Disney production of American Journeys Circle Vision 360 among a few other scores. I am wondering if anyone out there might have this CD. I am sorry about last night Mr.Gold I wont request anything until after I come home from my vacation to Hawaii I live to go there from July 10th until July 21st Thank you for the uploads that I have requested this music should be enough for me to listen to on the plain ride to Hawaii and coming home from Hawaii.

If I could afford taking an annual trip to Hawaii for over a week, I would be able to afford to buy all the Disney music I ever wanted, and not pester everyone else for it and act like you just got a conscience and were never aware of illegal downloading of music before, give us a break with the lack of knowledge bit. How the hell do you think we feel when you make comments like that? If all that was true, then you should have never come across this environment in the first place. I hate hearing this bullshit about why people will not share after they have taken more than they can swallow, I hope they all choke on it, and choke on all the bullshit as well! There is always a story behind why someone cannot share.

I search all over and on this board in particular, I've found very old posts from years ago and notice familiar names on theses threads thanking the poster for posting, and yet these same people will not even share what they got years ago with us or even give a reference link to the original post. I've grown weary and very tired of it all.

The hardest items to get have been Park issued CD's and there have been many posts with these, there are still a whole lot out there that people have stashed away and won't share. Bah Humbug. It's not just you, but all the rest as well. I posted The Grand Canyon that way for you and everyone else to enjoy as well. Our threads are different, as you have seen, so it wouldn't have taken but a moment of time to post the link to the post for all to see like I did for you. Now you know where I stand about this lack of sharing that I complain about, it's stuff like this that most of you just don't get. Maybe you all assume we have everything. 98% of my posts are all purchased and many have been purchased because you all request it. I don't understand why people have to get all uppity and leave and remove all links (or worse, close a thread) over one person here lately.......

I just want "A Musical History of Disneyland", but in FLAC/any lossless format..... I've been stuck with those mp3s for so long that I'd like to hear CD quality for once... I don't care if the tracks were originally in mono or whatever, I just want to replace the mp3s with better quality files.

All the relevant Disney music I have that I COULD share is already being shared or owned by other people.... I suppose I COULD upload The Legacy Collection: Disneyland but I doubt that it would be a unique upload because I'll bet other people already have it......

Does anybody have what I'm requesting in a lossless format? And if so, do they want any of the music I do have in return, even though its already offered elsewhere?

Yes, but I'm not making billions of requests for thousands of items, like SOMEBODY here. Something I have not seen around these parts either.

I remember a discussion about this set on another thread regarding FLAC vs. Mp3. The consensus was that since so much of it was taken from the attractions directly or it was really old mono source material that there wouldn't be much of a difference in quality, if at all, if it were in FLAC. Thus, nobody upped it in FLAC. I think I have a burned CD of it somewhere, but I honestly don't know if there was loss in the burn. Point being, you're unlikely to find it in FLAC here.

Hello all,

You know how sometimes something happens in an instant that's so astonishing you just shut down? Well, after a recent hiatus I decide to come back and see what's been going on and what I can say is that I am shocked and appalled at what has transpired. I've known Mr. Gold since I first started posting to the thread and I have been in contact with him for almost one year. All I can say the latest crap that's going on has to stop. It really has to stop, the complaining from those who have been just receiving the files. You're argument really sounds like this "Wah, He won't give us files anymore. Time to report him!" it just shows that you are self-entitled. You really don't know how hard come of these files are to procure, especially depending on the rarity or in some cases how much money it costs to go to the park and do these recordings, if they are induction based. A few months back when Mr. Gold told me that his hard drive crash, I offered to start releasing my collection of music since my collection is vast. I've been holding off on releasing anything or saying anything on the matter while I obtain and make new content which takes a lot of time and effort. I will release my content on my own terms and my own schedule which will mean a lot of just spontaneous files. Just note that I've found the behavior abysmal and undeserving. Now with all the unworthy manner I've seen, it tipped me to the point of penning this post. Now it's time for you to decide, the quicker this drama ends means more peace of mind for myself to post my content and content I've procured or inducted myself without the change of negativity. I might also have a special series of audio coming soon, but I am unsure currently at the feasibility of it. Now that you've bitten one hand that fed you, do you really want to try for another? I don't need to share my content here at all, just saying. I would like to share it here out of kindness, but now seeing that you get flustered and act in a very disgraceful manner, it makes me worry about what happens if I shared posted and then announced that I couldn't anymore. I don't want to be in and will not be in a position where I will be or threaten to be ostracized because I don't feel like sharing my collection anymore. So to conclude, we will see where this goes and I will take it from there, and trust me I have no tolerance for drama, if I wanted to be surrounded by drama i would watch the Real Housewives or another reality show.
