(Helpin a buddy out) Chocobo Lure help

Hey everyone, I am here because my friend blew it with his Chocobo Lure materia, the fool sold it ^ ^

Anyone know how to get it back? Or anything, ha ha ha.

Anyhow… I don’t think you CAN get it back, so if you really want/need one, nuke the file… go on, you know you want to!!!!! :devil:

He should start a new game because there is no other Chocobo Lure materia in the game. And why didi he sell it? It doesn’t sell for a lot of money, if I recall… Besides, no matter what money you get for it, it more useful in the long run. Tell him to start a new game. There’s no other way.

yepz…also you can dig one up at the bone village after you dig up the Midgar key. you can dig up anything you missed, i.e. weapons, armor, stuff that is no longer availible…meaning you can go back and get it on a later disk. digging is fun.

ya if you dont want to dig it up if you have a gameshark you can easly just put in the code were it gives you all the materia in the game but if it was me i would choose to do it the fun and somewhatt frustating prcess in diggin it up and if you want to sell it master the first one then let a new one be born it is just like finding a new one n u can keep doing this over and over untill ur hearts desire

No, you can’t get it back. This is like the summons you get. If you sell them, they’ll be gone too. It is a special item, so that’s pretty normal that you can’t get it back. 😉

yep, 2 disk in the grass near top chocobo…or dig it up…you can dig up tissues too.

You cannot buy a second one. You probably found it in the Chocobo Farm in disk 2.

I’m not saying you can buy a second one, cause I can’t remember how I got the second one but I do remember that I got it really early on in the game on the first disk. I can remember looking for a chocobo somewhere around fort condor and junon whilst using two chocobo lure materia. I have no idea why I was using two. I guess it just seemed like a good idea at the time!:)
