Tonberry?

found a thread (Thread 19343)like this but it closed without answering the question and i need the answer as well. i know where to find i just want to know whether there is a specific area in the cavern or other place to easily find them because i have only ever seen 1. (i mean like a specific spot in the cavern e.g at the second purple cloud)

there are some in omega ruins. don’t know about the cavern, though.

I’d say on the final part of the cavern, but I’m pretty sure it’s randomised.

Master tonmberry was the last fiend I ever needed to catch, they’re pretty hard to get. Not exactly the most chaleengeing monsters though. . . . . . . . .

On the subject of Omega Ruins does anyone know any easy way to get all the chests? Most i got w/o fiend in one is 5

to answer the first question, regular Tonberrys are (as far as I know, and I did capture 10 of them) only located in the Sunken Cave, aka Cavern of the Stolen Fayth. They are extremely hard to find, and they’re not restricted to one section of the cave.

Master Tonberrys are found only in the omega ruins.

And i never bothered to get the treasure chests. i NEVER use items, except when i got every single one of rikku’s overdrives listed in the overdrive section.

I never use items except on Aeons Ablities learning, mixing, and now i just want 99 warp spheres for the sphere grid, so i would like to bother with them lol.
Btw i have 10 tonberry’s so i dont need help wit that now lol

You should be able to get through the cave with decent levelled characters, but if not, just equip Wakka’s Weapon modded with Enc-None.

From the entrance of the cave, follow the path until you reach a T intersection. Turn right and when you reach the green room (which is green), keep search there. You’ll find more of them there.

have 10 tonberrys and 5 master tonberrys which is gd enough for me, now i just need to find one more Ghost in Sunken Cave…

Am trying but 5 will be fine for now as i want to kill Ultima Buster first to get max stats lol, for which i need only 1 more ghost then have unlocked him!!! FInally

Ultima Buster=Easy kill, if you know what to do.
1 tip: Get relatives to catch monsters for ya, like my sis;)
