A FRIEND OF MINE TOLD ME THERE IS A WEAPON OR ACCESORY I DON`T REMEMBER NOW, CALLED THE INVENCIBLE HE SAID THAT IF YOU USE IT ALWAYS DO 9999 DAMAGE EVERY ROUND, IS THAT TRUE, AND WHERE I CAN FIND IT, I HAD FINISHED THE GAME 4 TIMES AND NEVER FIND THE INVENCIBLE THING

It’s Invincible and don’t ever post in all capital letters. And it doesn’t do what you say it does either. That would be Cat Nip and that only works if the character is in critical status.
Invincible lets you Break Damage Limit, in other words, more damage than 9999. You get by talking to the person in Kilika holding a camera with a view of the Youth League base and agree to take a look in Chapters 1, 3, 5 and then you get access to the new base. Navigate using the on-screen map until you find the treasure chest containing the Invincible.
And why would it be a weapon? There are no weapons in this game.

Sorry, I don’t know what "af" means, so I’m afraid I can’t properly respond to your post. Anyway, the question has been asked and answered, so I’m going to close the thread, since there doesn’t really seem to be anything else to say.
