One thing that was annoying in FF7 is moving around. Back then, we didn’t have analog sticks and because of that, they made everything in the game more directional, 8 way to be exact.
This kinda made several parts in the game a pain in the ass to move around in. Especially in houses where the camera follows you and when you hit right, you end up going up right for some reason.
Another thing they fixed in later FFs is how you would get stuck in a place and you couldn’t move left or right while applying pressure to what is blocking you… this made it annoying to go through doors but nothing that a quick tap up or left can’t fix.
Another thing was going through tunnels and so on, they curve and since you can only go 8 ways, you end up zigzagging down the tunnels and stuff… not that I’m complaining but just something small I’d like to bring up.
Any annoyances popup while you walk around this Fantasy of a world?
