You should look at Calidoran’s thread.

It links to 3 posts that talk about the right software to use to rip bluray audio.
Just the technical part of ripping the audio with bit-for-bit accuracy.

The actual editing part might be discussed on the forum somewhere.

Biggest advice: Don’t use/trust DVD-Audio Extractor.
It’s not bit-for-bit and several of us have found out by comparing with other software.
DVDAE has a tendency to boost volume for random channels (no consistentcy in this weird nature).

Everyone doing end credits and other BR rips are using eac3to.

And also making sure their downloaded movie is using the original bluray audio.
Most downloaded "brrips" and "1080p" encodes use only the DTS core so you’re not getting the original bluray audio.
You get this often in public trackers (public/non-membership torrent sites).
Only a few scenes/groups/internals/etc will release an encode with the original bluray audio.

And, also consider there’s different pressings for discs: re-releases, re-re-releases, international discs, HD-DVD, etc.
