Im looking for piano versions of symphonic scores.
Here on this board I found a very beautiful piano version of Steve Jablonskys Transformers – Arrival to Earth.
I think, it was on a compilation.
I dont look for amateur interpretations on the home piano like on youtube.

Any recommendation for professional piano versions of symphonic score tracks?

Thanks in adavance.

Hi Stoi,

Not sure if this is what you had in mind, but I’ve given this a (partial) listen on youtube, and it’s also available on itunes (at least from my area): Thread 122430 Quite nice!

Thanks, but that’s not what I have in mind.
I’m looking for piano versions of famous orchestral scores like Transfomers, Lord Of The Rings, Conan etc.
Sometimes the reduced piano version could be a wounderful interpretation of orchestral music.

This album might have something you are looking for: Thread 86003
It have piano interpretations of Disney songs and a version of ‘He’s a Pirate’ from the Pirates of The Caribbean.

And if you like that you could also listen the themes of Studio Ghibli anime movies played by the same pianist here: Thread 80591
