Yeah, you have to defeat the big, bad boss, Trema at the very bottom, Cloister Infinity of the Via Infinito dungeon. I’m pretty sure that’s the only way to get it.

Yup you get it for beating Trema. If you’re really greedy, play 5 NG+’s so you’ll be able to get 6 Iron Dukes, which will really boost all three characters’ stats.
