I think he meant he provided as much accurate information as he can.
"That is correct" (the info)
"as I see the world" (maybe just a reference to just as much as he can see: Being a user and not an admin or anything, so based on his ‘observable universe’, that’s all he can provide at this point?)
I’ve seen ‘world’ used in different contexts before.
I think most often for: Perspective.
