First of all, go brush up on your grammar. The title should say (as stated before) "If Aeris is dead, why is she in AC?" Go. Study.

Now, she’s there for one of two possible reasons.
A) Cloud is either having a dream, vision, or hallucination in which he speaks to Aerith. Perhaps Aerith is speaking to him.
B) It’s known that Cloud is dying from Geostigma, so perhaps he really is talking to Aerith in the afterlife (a.ka. Promised Land) when he’s close to death or after he dies(?).

i no this is really off topic but can someone please tell me what geostigma is ive seen it in trailers and stuff but im still not crystal clear on what it is.
