One of the new features we are waiting for in Halo 2 is online support with Xbox Live. Of course during the time Halo (1) was out, people have found ways to play Halo online on the Xbox. Using a tunnel program like XBConnect, players can connect Xboxes directly over the internet. I have tried this with Halo and it’s awesome, especially when you have friends over and almost no lag.

Anyone else tried this before? Wanna play a few games?

I’ll just get an EMU and download Halo 2 (Wait how big is that like….2 gigs? O_o) XBox and XBox Live are too damn expensive then ya gotta throw in Halo 2 copy…. :notgood:

Oh yeah, just play Halo 2 on an Xbox emulator because it’s too expensive. You’re paying, what, $40 for Halo 2? $100 for an Xbox? $40 for a year’s subscriptoin to Xbox live? That’s nothing compared to the thousands of dollars Bungie spent to bring this game to you.

I’ve played Halo on Xlink – it was laggy as all hell though, because I was playing with someone in Europe. I can’t play with you either, MoggieK – PAL and NTSC versions won’t connect 🙁

Yeah, though I can probably modify the Halo on my friend’s box (because it’s modded) to convert it to Pal.

Hehe more liek $50 for Halo 2…$150 for XBox and I don’t know how much for Xbox Live but you don’t think that Bungie gets that money back? Hmm…and I’m still going to have Halo2 so don’t give me crap about hosing Bungie out of money. 🙁

I don’t like to play Halo online, it’s a good game and all but it’s not that fun, I mean come on why can’t people learn to play other games >< lol

On XBC I play-

Unreal Champ
Rainbow Six 3
Pandora Tommorow
Ghost Recon
Mech Assault
