Gold Chocobos! FF7

I love chocobos! In ff7 its great when you can get to bread them. I have got 6 gold chocobos but getting the first one was kind of an ordeal. Now they are all up to class S and i still love racing them, and letting tiffa have a go at racing them as well. I saw something on the net that said "If you have 6 chocobos all at class S, go to see Dio and he will brag about his ‘top racer’ Teigho. Go back to chocobo thing and say you want to race using the forth chocobo on your list and apparently you will race one on one with Teigho. If you beat him then you will get wis rider Joe. I was just wondering can anyone confurm this for me please because i can’t find dio because i am on the third disk and he has gone by then.

Your information is correct, if you do breed to 6 chocobos and talk to Dio and beat Joe and Teiho. Joe will join your party. I’ve done it.
