All music is just about identical to how it would sound in-game.
Epic Pinball (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epic_Pinball) was a shareware game released by Epic Megagames (now epic games). It was renwowned for its music. Great game.
Extreme Pinball is the lesser known sequel to Epic Pinball, it had fewer tables, and as such, less songs but it is still an enjoyable extention to the Epic Pinball music.
Pinball World (http://www.csoon.com/issue9/pworld.htm) is a game by a different company (21st Century Entertainment). It also used digital "tracked" music to create a better soundtrack than what would have been available as Midi. Certainly interesting at least and not a bad sountrack by any stretch of the imagination.
