Coffee Quest?

Has anybody done the coffee quest? I am trying to get the coffee from Dali. I need to get the key form the mayors room, but the guy sleeping in there wakes up every time I check the ladder and heater. I have checked the desk and the shelf. Is there some special order or something?

If I remember correctly, you have to check the area you are on (e.g Desk, heater) multiple times in a row until the guy goes back to sleep.

Example: Choose desk, select it 3 times or so, when he’s back to sleep check another ‘station’ and repeat until you find the Key and the less-important Mini-Brahne.

He eventually does drop off again. But its random how many times you have to search. Once I had to do it 7 times before he finally fell asleep.
