Almost had the same problem until I discovered that the 2nd and 3rd folders downloaded without a designation for which program would open them.
After downloading all three folders, check the Properties section of each and be certain the "Opens with" section lists the file manager of whatever zip program you use.

Precisely. I made this with 7zip which is the program I’ve been using for years now and works flawlessly.
