Can u tell me some ninja or samurai anime?

Tell me all the anime you know that composed of ninjas
because "i like ninjas and samurai’s!" :laugh:

Ninjas:
Naruto
(probably any anime with the word ‘ninja’ in the title)

Samurai:
Peacemaker Kurogane
Rurouni Kenshin
Samurai Deeper Kyo (I name it, I don’t have to like it, yes?)

Samurai X (not great in my opinion)

I would suggest Samuari X. It is the OVA series of the Kenshin series but much more realistic.
It has a strong story and is drawn beautifully. I like it alot.

I’m sorry that Incubus didn’t find it interesting.

I found it interesting, but it was just not my cup of tea! ^_^

The first Kenshin OVA is beautiful and great, the second is a waste, and especially, doesn’t make sense. 🙁
I recommend the manga in any case~

I thought it was just the three DVDs: Trust, Betrayal, and Reflection.

No… Trust & Betrayal is one story, the first OVA. Reflections was made later, and unlike Trust & Betrayal, was only most loosely based on what actually happened in the manga, some parts of it, that is, and all in all, has nothing to do with what the author had intended. While Trust and Betrayal are wonderful, and very close to the manga, Reflections doesn’t have much to do with Kenshin anymore, screws the original story up and ends the series in a way that just isn’t Watsuki-ish. Stay away.

Your right about one thing. The ending for Reflection totally screwed up the original ending for the Kenshin manga. I like the ending for the Kenshin manga better. For the OVA, with the younger Kenshin and his beloved first wife, it sorta was almost the same to the manga adaption but it took out most of the funny stuff and there’s a side of the younger Kenshin in the manga that we don’t see in the OVA…I do wanna to point it out but I don’t want to spoil it 😉

You’re right about the OVA leaving out all the humour, although there wasn’t that much of it in the first place… The manga flashback Kenshin was closer to the real Kenshin than the one from the OVA. But that’s okay, after all it helps to make it a beautiful stand-alone, and some things probably had to be left out or changed anyway. 🙂

i recommend ninja cadets. even thought it was only 2 episodes to my knowledge. they were great 2 episodes. lol. i was surprised they ended it there. had a lot of potential. could have become the naruto of the 90’s. perhaps thats why naruto was born. to honor the name of great 2 episode anime’s that have failed to become whole series like ninja cadets, sailor victory, and some other one i forgot. (sailor victory was great. so much fanservice. why did it end!! :()

btw. doens’t that narutofan website zip the entire manga into one or two files. i hate d’ling multiple files like that. i’ve been wanting the entire manga but i don’t want to d/l each page one by one. sheesh. (its an exxageration but still…each chapter one by one is just as much a pain)
