Some Curiosities:
Digital DragonBall The World:
Track 08, took me some time to figure out what track was that, and when I got to finally know why the hell it was so damn familiar to me. That track I could put hand on fire to prove it was nothing related to dragon ball. In a way, it is not indeed. In fact, track 08 is "supposedly" composed by Kenji Yamamoto.... now this is where I honestly need to say, why does this guy lie so much? he expected people to have a vary mad notion and culutre of music? Because he just arranged THIS SONG (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjts5DrcdiU), originally composed by Jerry GoldSmith. Yes!!! TOTAL RECALL main theme. You are hearing right.

Dragon Ball Z MUSIC FANTASY Image Album:
Keiju Ishikawa claims in the booklet as COMPOSER. But in fact none of these tunes are of his. He only arranged it. There are several tunes in here originally composed by Takehito Nakazawa.
Unless there is any info about Takehito and Keiju to be the same person (which I know it is not) then this is exactly the same thing as that Kenji Yamamoto guy who arranges DBZ games music from music not really from him. Finally Kenji Yamamoto was busted for copyrighted material in DBKai.
Track 1 and 7 are the most flagrant tracks of GENOCYBER / BUBBLEGUM CRASH composed by Takehito Nakazawa. Yet, this info is nowhere arround.
I wonder why. :/

Talking about the albums:

Digital Dragon Ball, I like mostly because Osamu Shoji "Rocks" working in synthesizers, but that is because I know his works very well in old 80ts DIGITAL TRIP series.
This is not his best arranged work at all, but the decisions for some of the songs to be arranged do make me think about it. I mean... if it was me, I not arrange any vocal songs and preferred to offer interesting arranges of the Shunsuke Kikuchi tracks instead. I have to say the Dragon ball part (tracks 01 to 05) are the most enjoyable... in some parts.. The best arranges are actually teh cues of "Wolf Hurricane", "Mezase Tenkaichi" and "Red Ribbon Army" (I am a sucker for this last one).

Music Fantasy, is interesting enough, even when I feel like Keiju Ishikawa did Emulate Takehito Nakazawa compositions. It is hard for me to accept that I am listening Ishikawa without thinking of Nakazawa. There are too much of similarities.... but.. This albums is very fun, enjoyable, rocking, hell of a sound trip. Even the vocal songs are great. "Shudaika MELODY ~ KANFU BATTLE ~" is a really great arranged track that did hit the best spots of it. But my personal favorite is "Ankoku no Teioo".
The beat and rhythm in here great to keep you busted in this. Recommended! ;)
