I wanna get all enemy attcks on that enemy attack materia, or possibly find a way to get more materia hacked in. I dont know what to do, or how to turn of my gameshark since its a cd version.

Cant you just go and collect them all? Im sure theres a list somewhere on the net where to find them (possibly this site)
