In 1971 Rod Mckuen scored this beautiful western produced by The Walt Disney Company. A now forgotten film beautifully photographed in Cinemascope and Technicolor
He also engaged the talents of one of the worlds then leading players of the Ondes Martenot Sylvette Allart to add this haunting beautiful melody to his score as he had done
in many of his other films scores. I found this sealed record by chance for $8 as a sealed USA LP so thought I would give it a share
Never before on CD and unlikely to be so this is probably the best this soundtrack will ever sound restored from a LP in 24 bit 96 khz
