I've been editing scores after my own taste for quite a while now, but this is the first time I think I created something substantial enough that it is worth sharing.
Having grown up with the movie, the absence of these tracked cues always bothered me a bit in every version, so I recreated them myself, using the definitive edition of the first two scores in terms of both sound quality and completion. Most of them include the cues it's supposed to flow with, as the main goal was to expand the Deluxe Edition, not to replicate the individual cues themselves. I used Audacity, I'm quite used to it, but I'm really not a professional editor, so please don't be too harsh! :) Keep in mind, my main goal was not 100% movie fidelity, in fact, I dislike most of the edits made during post. Instead, I tried constructing something which made sense musically (for me, I don't really know much about music :) ) and made for a pleasant listening experience, while taking large inspiration from the movie cues. (example: I am Lord Voldemort - the movie has the three note loop for buildup, which was already used in one of the previous tracks, making it repetitive, then adds voldy's theme from the Face of Lord Voldemort, but noticeably edited to be more quick. I just added the whole bit from The Face of Voldemort with the buildup and the theme as it was originally.)

Tracklist: (All cues referenced are from the Deluxe Editions)

Track 1 - Introducing Colin & The Howler - 1:25
After Introducing Colin from CoS, it includes Chocolate Frogs from tPS, without the very beginning which actually underscores the chocolate frog.
Meant to replace Disc 1, Track 12 (Introducing Colin).

Track 2 - Entering the Diary - 2:36
A piece from the CoS sessions opens, then come various bits and pieces from Christmas Morning & The Mirror of Erised, followed by the Three Note Loop from Light
Reading and the sinister motif from Moving Stairs & Third Floor, then finished by the ending of Diagon Alley, all from tPS.
Meant to be included on Disc 2, between tracks 3 and 4 (Worse than Dumbledore and Meeting Tom Riddle).

Track 3 - Myrtle's Tale & The Opening Sink - 3:51
Starting off with Myrtle's Tale from CoS (duh), the feature presentation here is the middle section of Things to Come from tPS, including some buildup, leading to
the bombastically evil Three Note Loop, and a few more cycles to wind down. It finishes with the first 35 seconds of Goodbye to Memories (CoS), as I remember to
be a pause in the middle of this particular cue when the crew slide down the pipes.
Meant to replace Disc 2, Track 9 (Myrtle's Tale).

Track 4 - Exmemoriam & The Chamber of Secrets - 3:26
After the rest of Goodbye to Memories, the section where Harry enters the Chamber is the beginning fanfare of The Chess Game (tPS), leading to the buildup of
Checkmate (tPS), where, unfortunately, we have neither a good payoff, nor a clean ending, so I tacked the last notes of The Flying Car (CoS) to the end to create
an artificial ending not present in the movie.
Meant to replace Disc 2, Track 10 (Goodbye to Memories).

Track 5 - I Am Lord Voldemort, Dueling the Dragon, & The Demise of Tom Riddle - 8:17
The sinister Voldemort Theme from The Face of Lord Voldemort (tPS) opens this track, leading to Dueling the Basilisk from CoS. (Note: I cheated a little here, as
there was some more material underscoring the appearance of Riddle, and the conversation between him and Harry after his evil alterego is revealed, but I did not
recognize the material, it was of little substance anyway, and the transition I described in this first sentence is the one I'm most proud of. Seeing as the Deluxe
editions put together a lot of cues that were not written to directly lead into one another, I think this makes the track fit in quite well regardless.) After the Basilisk
is dead, the ending of Fighting the Troll from tPS comes in, then quickly transitions to the mix of Voldy's theme and the Three Note Loop from The Face of Lord
Voldemort, continuing onwards to the action part, but ultimately cut short by its own ending, for this faceoff is shorter than the one between Harry and Quirell in
the previous movie.
Meant to replace Disc 2, Track 11 (Dueling the Basilisk)

BONUS TRACK

Diagon Alley - 4:22
The track starts with The Feather for the opening brick wall, then Diagon Alley starts and quickly transitions into a sped up The Great Hall with a cymbal strike constructed
from two royalty-free sound effects. The movie has this bit looped over and over, but I only included it once in its entirety to decrease the repetitiveness. Its ending is
revised, then it continues with the second half of the original track, underscoring Gringotts Bank.
Warning: As opposed to the previous tracks, this does not expand, but replace an existing cue. Compare with original before replacing.
Meant to replace Track 6 from the first disc of Philosopher's Stone.

Embarrassed to ask this, but could someone explain the meaning of "tracked" music to me? I always assumed it meant music that was created by crudely re-purposing stems from some other cue. Is that correct?

I know no professional definition, but it's something along the lines of using music that was not recorded specifically for the movie. For example, here, Chamber of Secrets had cues from Philosopher's Stone inserted in some places.

its pretty much this. For example, in the force awakens, they re use moments from the "attack on the jakku villiage" cue later in the film. When they replay a segment of the jakku villiage cue during the big x wing fight at the end, it is a tracked cue.

I just watched the movie for identifying the different pieces, then assembled it how it felt right, and how it became a pleasant listen (for me, at least), I didn't edit it side by side with the movie, so they're probably going to be different.
Curious to hear your version!

I'll actually listen to your work when I get a chance this weekend, but from your descriptions I can tell you that you missed another tracked cue: when Harry is told he's a parselmouth. The cue sheet calls for original underscore but for one reason or another they tracked in stuff from, if I remember correctly, 2m2 and 3m1 from the first film.

For some reason - and Bill Wrobel's research confirms this - before the chocolate frog cue is tracked in, there's a brief sustained note on a viola that runs for a second or two. It was not tracked and was specially recorded for this cue. It's not a big deal though.

When working on track two, did you notice that the bit tracked from Moving Stairs is at a different pitch? If you manually adjust the source cue it comes out distorted, but I swear it's distorted in the film as well. Another weird decision by the editors.

I have no clue what they thought they were doing with the tracked stuff in 'I Am Lord Voldemort'. The underscoring I think you refer to is tracked from The Mirror Scene and The Chess Board iirc. But they're mixed low and looped over and over and over... really weird. There's also a portion of the three-note loop with synthesized choir that I could not find. There's a very similar portion in the self-titled track on the Sorceror's Stone sessions, that is tracked in as well, but that part I didn't recognize is definitely not the same thing at a different pitch or something.

OK, I'm down for that, this score has a LOT of weird stuff one can talk about.
I'll look into the parselmouth cue tomorrow, maybe this'll be updated by the weekend.
