Both. discs 1-4 are the rearranged tracks and tracks done for the game, while discs 5 and 6 are the music from the Ruby and Sapphire super collection cd

btw: the track per aspera ad astra! is latin. a translation I got is "Through Hardships To The Stars". something to do with Mega Evolution perhaps? food for thought
