Probably because the original uploader for that video wanted to remove battle sfx.

Like in the Xerneas, Yveltal and Zygarde track, at the beginning there are sfx
i wanted to remove them but if i did it there would be no intro now

I don't mind now since the Official soundtrack will be released in November
