I still have nightmares from the 'disco' versions of the CEOTK & Star Wars themes.

Oh snap. Been looking for the original album. Does anyone know if the collector's edition is complete? I caught the theatrical version and got so caught up in it that I forgot to notice if it was complete or not. I know most of it is there. I'm dying to check out the other 2 versions.

drhousetapachula posted in his thread a version of alternates and unused cues, having that and the expanded it`s the most complete thing you`ll ever get.

Nothing to laugh about - that was the coolest track. I loved it when I was younger, still do.

I agree, it is one of the better "disco mixing" of a sci/fi theme so far done.

Cool upload. I used to have the original soundtrack when I was a kid. Obviously, the score is great, though in later years I was a little amazed at how one of the themes sounds like it was lifted from North by Northwest, intentionally or not.

I own this score since I was 10 years old, I have also an old L.P. of course, but I think someone posted already, enjoy!

I'd love the link for the collector's extortion of this score. I never liked the shorter release so much, but the collector's edition is another matter entirely! It's a favorite of mine from Williams, my favorite composer. The copy I ripped into iTunes is of crappy quality and like all my CDs, it's now buried in storage. Thanks so much for all your kindness!
