IKKITOUSEN Series

I decided to make this thread, because, I just felt like it. :p
Putting the first Series Soundtrack aside, all other series had Yasuharu Takanashi in charge of the music. As usual, his music is High pumped for this kind of anime, and despite being an ecchi anime, the music gives much more ambience, definition and character to this series. I can't say the same about about the first series soundtrack. Maybe there are people who actually like it, but, knowing Hiroshi Motokura produced it, I felt discouraged. And the soundtrack is not that god. :/ not for me. What is really worth, music-wise, in the first series, is the opening theme by move, but it's because of nostalgia issues. :p eheh
All other vocal songs from the next series were sung exclusively for the anime. And even the character image songs sound really good (something so rare nowadays). Both Vocal songs and Sound tracks, that came after the first series, are really enjoyable.

Character vocal tracks are very good. :) But My favorite of all is Chouhi Image song "Kakugo Kimeya!". :D I can't still stop to listen it. :D
The soundtrack, Yasuharu Takanashi, as always, it's Awsome. if youthink he might loose his touch in this kind of anime... I assure you not.
There is just one little issue with the soundtrack. It misses some tracks from the this series season. But I am already working that. ;)

Again, the vocal songs theme songs of "GG" are very good. But I still say that "Ikkitousen XX" has the best Opening and Ending Themes till now. Although, "Dragon Destiny" is pretty good too. :)
"Great Guardians" soundtrack was just epic at first time heard it at the time it came out. Yasuharu used the vocal themes compositions, even from the Character songs from "DD". He was inspired by it, and gave his own view of the song. The most catchy song in all of the soundtrack it must be for sure "Saji Genpou no Theme" with vocals and chorus by Takanashi dear Remi. :)

~SONG & SOUL Matsuri~ Best Collection, collects all vocal songs till date ("Great Guardians" year, 2008) from all Ikkitousen saga. It also features an 2 unreleased songs. "GG" insert song and the "Ikkitousen GG WEB Radio" Ending Theme. These are exclusive for this cd.

UTAHIME Best Song Collection -Kacho Fugetsu- , I think it as released just to keep the fans busy with it, while the OVA was still beeing made. :p
It features the "Ikki Tousen Shugaku Toshi Keppuroku" theme song, FATE ~on the way~, and an Image Character song composed by Yasuharu. Freaking cool and addictive. :P
These 2 new songs are not bad. At least I have listen them more then once. The other tracks are the Opening and Ending themes from the previous series, except the first one.

I hope Yasuhari Takanashi can confirm a stand alone Soundtrack for the OVA...or, maybe like "Xtreme Xecutor", where the opening and ending singles had the soundtrack mixed with it.
Please, I hope there is no exclusive cd soundtrack for limited editon of DVD/BD of the OVA. That annoys me a lot. -_-

Question will be. Are we going to have a soundtrack released or not? Xtreme Xecutor and Shuugaku Toushi OVA did had any proper soundtrack release. :/
