As requested (Thread 216012), here is the follow-up to the 2016 album (Thread 200130). This is a chiptune collaboration album featuring several Japanese video game music artists. It includes some names that are well-known even in the west, such as Manami Matsumae (Mega Man, Shovel Knight) and ZUN (Touhou Project). The original album eventually received a digital/CD release, but as of this post, FINAL has only been released as an actual Famicom game cartridge. My rip has been recorded from a RetroUSB AVS system, which is an extremely accurate FPGA-based NES clone console. It sounds almost exactly as it would playing on a real Famicom console, albeit a lot cleaner due to the digital HDMI output the AVS provides.
Here’s the full track list:
01 Shooting Starlight – Tappy
02 MONKEY MONKEY – Hige Driver
03 Power of Music – Takeshi Yokemura
04 I am seeing things – Manami Matsumae
05 POP TRACK – SEXY-SYNTHESIZER
06 Star Falsion 2 – Norio Nakagata
07 KiraKira – Junya Nakano
08 Nostalgic Reverie – Motoaki Furukawa
09 Black Tokyo – Yu Shimoda
10 FUTURE DREAMER – TORIENA
11 AI Bomb 8MP Edit – naruto
12 Mysterious Shrine – ZUN
13 KS2?VirtualStage1 – Bun
14 REAL ADVENTURE – TECHNOuchi
15 fera giganto #1 – IPPO
16 Bit Shift Girl – Sntrr
17 Believe It or Not! – Yasuhisa Watanabe
18 Red-White Planet – hally
I highly recommend purchasing the original cartridge. It features amazing visualizations. The first album sold out pretty quickly, so if you want the cartridge version, you should grab it while you can.

If you don’t have a Famicom console, then please purchase the digital or CD version of the album once it is officially released. The original 8BIT MUSIC POWER did eventually receive a digital/CD release (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06X9KB6F3). These amazing indie chiptune projects deserve to be supported!

Actually, that TAPPY (http://vgmdb.net/artist/16420) isn’t Konami’s Tappy.
Well shoot. Every source I looked up said it was the same Tappy, and some discography sites list 8BIT MUSIC POWER as one of Tappy Iwase’s works. Probably a case of Japanese info getting mixed up in the transition to the English side of the internet. I’ve removed the blurb from the OP.
