REQ Cover thread closed, 2002 spider man cover needed using this reference

Since the cover thread is down, I’m hoping that, that is temporary. If possible, I found this rare reference from the 2002 Spiderman film I would love to see this as a custom cover. Support of this image is that there are sneakers that spider is wearing due to this being a sneaker ad and it ruins the esthetic of this image. if there is a clever way to crop or Photoshop it I don’t know, I hope some of the talented cover artists on here can make a soundtrack cover out of this without the excess text and sticker, that would be cool.
