Sadly I was forced to drop my preorder for the USB edition due to a very sudden expensive month. I will pick up a copy of the regular CD edition in time to show support, but having hi-res for now is fantastic. Thank you.

How come yours is 6.5 GB? My version is 10.8 GB and it’s also 96kHz/24 bit (4616 kbps).

Lossless audio checker says this isn’t a upsample. So people who bought the USB version is stuck with the lower 24/48 version?

The file bought from website is uncompressed like wmv so I am compress it as much as possible without losing quality

Anyway, if you use a simple proxy server or IP mask you can bypass the verification easily.

Don’t want to use vpn or things like this, just to find a store without a region lock for the hi res version. I’ve ordered the CD anyway, but I really wanted to buy the hi reso audio version too :/ I Don’t really understand why they have not released a blu ray audio version like square enix :x.
Until some digital store sell the hi res audio version for europe, i’ll do with the version found here, thx again to the op 😡

Ywes, a simple VPN service will do. Ototoy has some labels that are region-locked (like SquareEnix), but at least they accept Paypal.
