I’m a big fan of big band music, so one of my favorites is definitely Mario & Zelda Big Band Live (https://vgmdb.net/album/410). The recent-ish Square Enix Jazz -Final Fantasy- (https://vgmdb.net/album/71654) album is also excellent.
Pretty much all of The Oneups discography (https://vgmdb.net/artist/512) is great, though I have a particular love for their Intergalactic Redux and Intergalactic Continuum albums.
A lot of the Bad Dudes albums could qualify as well, with Chronotorious (https://vgmdb.net/album/10846) being my favorite.
