Nope, sadly. That’s just a bonus disc. (look at the size :p)
The game was never released as a whole soundtrack in lossless quality =O

I did a two cd version in M4A (AAC) to keep the balance with that release which is lossy AAC : https://vgmdb.net/album/64447
So basically it is the same version, but of the game itself. We can clearly hear that the 2016 release has been recorded and not taken from game files.
