Dynasty Warriors 9 (PC Gamerip, OGG)

Hey guys,

Here’s the music from the PC version of Dynasty Warriors 9. I left it in OGG format since you lose quality converting from one lossy format to another. (such as MP3) Very easy to convert in a program like foobar2000 if you don’t want to keep it as OGG.

Edit: Ok, there is a quirk to it since these are 6 channel files. You have to use a processing option called "Downmix channels to stereo" otherwise the encoder hoses up.

I feel ya. I haven’t gotten to dive into it much yet, but that’s because I spent 2 hours trying to setup xpadder to work for the game since no matter what I’ve tried I couldn’t get my controller to work for it. Took me less time to rip the music, lol.

I guess I didn’t notice this because I have a plugin in foobar2000 that automatically adds gain to tracks when necessary. I didn’t do any post-processing on these. There are tools such as ReplayGain that can boost the volume a bit, and there’s a plugin by the same name for foobar2000. (if you use that player)

Thanks for sharing. The game is getting shat on pretty hard a good number of people but I believe the music is one thing most people can say its decent.

The soundtrack has several songs that standout in comparison to 8 and I’d say it’s a great improvement. However I did not care for LuBu’s new theme its weak. I mean his theme has been
remixed like 12 times now so its expected to be not all that great imo. There’s a song that sounds like the nanman theme which still doesn’t come anywhere close to DW4’s. There’s some other tracks that were ok but get overshadowed by a good portion of the soundtrack. I’m basing off battle themes not towns, cutscenes, and etc,. I’ll give those a listen when the full ost arrives so I know what I’m hearing.
