Not receiving any emails

I used to get emails whenever there was a new post on my subscribed threads but for the last six months or so they have stopped which wasn’t really a problem until my password stopped working and when I went to reset it I wasn’t receiving any of the password reset emails. I’ve checked in my email account’s blocklist and nothing. Is there anything else I can do to sort this?

When you say system emails does that mean any emails from ffshrine? Because when I couldn’t get logged in before and hadn’t noticed the notice on how to reset your password by going into the chat I set up a new account and never received an activation email either.

Yeah, I mean those e-mails, sorry, the board stopped sending any kind of e-mail. Jessie can probably help you solve the issue you’re having with your password. Be patient and try again in a different day, in case he doesn’t reply in a timely manner, he’s not there 24 hours/7 days*week.

It wasn’t working but I managed to get it changed in the chat, I was just wondering why I never received any password reset emails when I was trying to reset it. Thanks for your help guys 🙂
