Be advised, obviously I cannot cater to every person’s preferences. This is intended to be an extended edition. If the original release sounds satisfactory to you then by all means I do not dissuade you from listening to that at all, and this version is more than likely not for you.
Here is my Extended Edition version for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Did anyone wait for this? I don’t know. I myself wasn’t privy to this either, but lo and behold here it is.
I don’t know much else to say regarding this Extended Edition now that this is the fourth Zelda game I have covered. Practically all the guidelines I followed for the previous editions apply to this one as well. Unlike other editions this project consists solely out of the material which was provided in the official Sound Selection (http://vgmdb.net/album/48039). In other words, no tracks have been added and no different sources were used.
Credits as always go to the original uploader, whose material was required to make this release.
Also, thanks go out to the following great people without whom this would not have been possible:
– The FFShrine user “Vrantheo (http://forums.ffshrine.org/members/vrantheo-193026)” for helping translate the Japanese liner notes in the booklet of the official release to English, which I further adapted and ironed out the errors to use it as part of the text that make up the booklet.
– The DeviantArt user “Doctor-G (http://doctor-g.deviantart.com/)” for one of the art pieces I utilized and adapted for the booklet.
– The DeviantArt user “bellhenge (http://bellhenge.deviantart.com/)” for the Hilda and Zelda artwork I utlized in the booklet.
Everything was accomplished with Audacity (Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)).
No Mp3 requests please.

Enjoy listening!

The tracks in the commercial release are really too quick over.
So thank you very much!
BY the way: Dont want asking to much, but what games you have in mind to make also maybe extended releases?

There might be some future releases. Thing is, I can never just promise I will do one. Not until I’m completely done with all of the music will I know if all tracks are extendable.
Enjoy.
Regards.
the links to mega are dead. Please, can you reshare it ?
thx in advance
How exactly? I made all this myself and uploaded it as soon as I was finished. Is there a link?
Regards.
Regards.
Not yours exactly, but I know I did come by an extended edit of the sound selection for this game a little while ago.. Of course I can’t find it on the forums now but I do have it. Lol.
Again?
Sigh, uploading takes so long and I can barely use internet during this either.
Is it just me or has MEGA been compromised on FFShrine?
I can upload it again but it’ll just be removed before long.
I’m actually going to wait this one out and see what other people’s solutions are going to be, or if someone else knows a viable alternative with fast download speeds/better security/free uploading you can PM me.

I hope you can re-upload this 😉

EDIT: Thinking of another game.
Whatsitcalled. The mirror.
I know these links will not be as fast as MEGA, but for some reason MEGA doesn’t seem to be an option for this particular custom release. I hope they stay a little longer this time around.
Could you try making a Paper Mario 64 Extended Edition OST?
More than likely not. There seems to either be no demand for them or the work that’s put in them is neglected. Either way that doesn’t invite one to carry on with this.

Regards.
Also, the official Paper Mario is very much incomplete. I don’t think it would be worth your effort to extend it.
Shame to hear you’re stopping this project though. I’ve enjoyed listening to them (except ALBW because I can’t seem to download or extract it :\). Was hoping there might be a Super Mario 64 release at some point though. Oh well. Thanks for the rest

Any chance you’ll be re-upping this sometime soon? (Or at the very least, part 7?)
Thank you! 🙂
