Malcolm Arnold – The Heroes Of Telemark (1965)

Is there anyone who can provide this? It seems to only have been released on vinyl.

Here is THE HEROES OF TELEMARK soundtrack, which I mastered from a vinyl source, coupled with BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI, which is not the CBS LP but from a tape copy of the original recording sessions. THE HEROES OF TELEMARK & BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI were recorded only in monaural (the Mainstream & Columbia USA LPs labeled �stereo� were actually �rechanneled stereo�). RIVER KWAI sounds very good, better than the CBS soundtrack album, in my opinion. TELEMARK is a bit hot sounding but I have tried to minimize the screechy high end for a slightly smoother sound than the LP. One of the tracks on the LP of Telemark is not on this download. It was a source cue which interrupted the flow of Arnold�s score and superfluous, in my opinion. Hope this fills your needs.
