Can everyone try to use Zippy Share or Mega whenever possible? The others make you wait to download, and take forever to load for no other reason other than to make it difficult and inconvenient in order to make you want to buy a premium package, which is a complete waste of money, with so many free services available. It took me 20 minutes to load Toy Story of Terror. I hate to sound picky since I so much appreciate everyone sharing, but if the aforementioned two share sites could be used exclusively, I would so much appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

I’ve been over 30 times…thus far. (I can thank my parents for that, who took us–my older brother and I–every year, sometimes 2-3x’s). But, the last time I went, River Country was still in existence, and Animal Kingdom was non-existent. I remember rides like 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, CommuniCore, Body Wars, Star Tours, etc.

a big part of the problem is that my parents are lazy & don’t want to look for a job my brother gets a check every month but it is used for bills & food BUT if my parents had a job then we could start saving my brother’s check every month for going to disneyland!!!!!!!

Okay, that last post of mine isn’t gonna cut it. Time for a possibly unneeded PSA!

I’m what you might call a lurker. The thing is I don’t come by these parts every day, let alone every week. Heck, sometimes a whole month could pass before I return. I just swing by the FFshrine threads once a while, download anything that catches my fancy, and then carry on. But as I’ve gone through these Disney threads more and more, I’ve noticed some uploaders seem hurt that more gratitude isn’t displayed. In a way I’m repenting now. 😛 My lurking butt is safe now!

However, keep in mind that in theory the site rules require **every** link to have a separate thread. Meaning every time you post an album, by the rules you MUST create a thread, even if it is also in the mega thread. This is exactly to make it easier to search for. It is not necessarily enforced atm. When that rule was instated it caused a ton of drama. This was several years ago. A lot of it is still readable; it is a sticky on the main page. Although the instinct is to keep things hidden and private here, the site is not supposed to run like that. We WANT members to be able to use the search function. Since the site’s search is blah, we recommend google. Either way, for a search to work, the subtle posting thing isn’t the way to go. BUT, like I said, it does not seem to be being too enforced right now.

I….hesitate to say. But perhaps just not address it? You are going to get around to everything anyway. A lot of what he is asking is for links on other threads to be brought over here and transferred to Mega. I…. You will get everything here eventually. But don’t stress the hosting site. If the links are alive, then I suggest redoing them can wait. Do you mean Guardians of the Galaxy? It is a Marvel film. True that Disney now owns Marvel (and Star Wars, and everyone’s soul), it is still seen as a Marvel film. Partly to avoid confusion. No I will not see it. I have extreme social phobias and have not seen a movie in theaters in like a decade. But, I hear it is a rocking film. I have yet to listen but I hear the score is….less than rocking.

No, it is not the movie itself so much. I deal with extreme social anxiety, and have panic attacks in crowds. Which for me is a gathering of…err, say…2 or more people. The thought of going to the pharmacy makes me break out in a cold sweat. Loud noise makes it worse, so no way am I doing a modern movie "experience". There are some other issues that are heightened to be near uncontrollable in that stress, like the hallucinations and voices (schizophrenic…), so it just is never a fun time for me. I wait for home release and download a torrent, thus not having panic, nor any financial …ummmm…loss….:)

This is absolutely amazing. As a huge fan of the Doctor (especially David Tennant, like a lot of other fans i guess) i’m REALLY jealous… Stunning paint job. I’m not capable of doing such thing (and yes i tried many times and i’ve ruined a lot of poor innocent model kits…).

I thought I’d share what I’ve found surfing the web collecting as much artwork for albums as I could. I do not have all these albums, but if it was high quality or front and back images, I would save them in case I run across that album some day, so here is some of my collection to give your collection more goodies for your files if you enjoy having all the images from the CD covers and inserts. I’ve organized them to make it easy to locate them by individual folders. Some have multiple covers and images because it’s been released several times or from different countries so look at the song list on the back cover to compare to see if the image is for the CD you want to add it to.

Please post what you have to share with everyone too! Gather your Covers, Artwork, CD Images & Digital Booklets and put it together like my example and share it with all of us.

Give me a day or two to have a look.

I just thought I’d chip in and say I’m a Graphic Designer, and I’m trying to undertake a little side project to ‘re-make’ a lot of the Disney covers so they’re similar to the Disney Legacy collection. I love those, and I think stuff like that would look gorgeous for Park Music too… so I might post some as I do them on here for various albums if anyone would be interested? 🙂
(I haven’t started yet, so I do apologise if it takes a while to post the first one haha!)

I actually hear ZERO difference between FLAC and MP3, with headphones, 5.1 surround sound speakers or anything else so I see no point in FLAC IMHO. What frustrates me is how incompatible FLAC is with itunes and ipods so MP3 or even M4A is the best for me 🙂

Also i won’t be re-uploading such a big file again so better grab them now, but from now on i will upload individual scans if requested.

But there will be more!
I will take a look and next will post scans only to Disney compilations and end with Pixar soundtracks.

I have a special request, another "canine" request after beverly hill’s chihuahua Does anyone have anything related to the Disney BUDDIES? Especially the song of "Tiny" from santa Buddies? I know i’m probably the only one interested by that but if someone have anything it will be really a treat for me. I feel FLAC is good. Cause if there is someone who is wanting to compile a collection of Disneyland or Disney World soundtracks you can rely on FLAC to give you true quality. Technically speaking if the FLAC is from the original disc. As with MP3 you have no idea how many times it might of been transcoded in the past leaving a much lower quality sound.

I just love any "Instrumental" disney music, doesn’t matter who’s putting it out. Sometimes it’s easier to enjoy my Disney tunes as instrumentals instead of the words, so if anyone has that kind, it would be appreciated. Also, Mr. Gold posted "Disney on Classics" for my enjoyment, but they seem to be the ones posted years ago by a Jasper or something like that on another site. I know, I was actually surprised it downloaded so quickly… it was transferring from ONE person on a torrent, which I thought might have taken weeks haha. I just took them from the Unreleased Masters, which apparently only so many copies were made, so thankfully it was still online! There was about 23 tracks in total I think, but I just took the Disney/Xmas ones for this 🙂

Diana Ross & the Supremes Sing Disney Classics is an unreleased album recorded in 1967 for Motown by Diana Ross & the Supremes. It has been said that the idea of the album came from Diana Ross who always wanted to record an album for children. Recordings for the album began in New York City in January 1967. At the time, Michael Gentile was the album’s producer. Frank Wilson would later produce several of the tracks for the album as well as Ivy Jo Hunter. The album consisted of classic Disney songs from films that stretched back to Pinocchio to the recent films of the times such as Mary Poppins and The Happiest Millionaire. Mary Wilson sings lead on "The Ballad Of Davy Crockett," featuring Florence Ballard. The album was put on hold when Florence Ballard was fired from the group in July 1967. By September, interest in the project resumed and work continued with the newest Supreme, Cindy Birdsong . The album was completed with 14 songs, although rumors have stated that the group recorded "Bibbity Bobbity Boo", no vocals exist. The album was never given a catalog number, so a release date is unknown.

I also have a little request to make. Way long ago, in January when Kirk 101 was pretty new and was only able to share 64 kbs music, he shared the area music from "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh". Now, recently I have noticed that I have a ton of Disneyland esplanade music, but unfortunately, I had no idea what order the tracks were in our what was currently played there. I don’t think that there was a correct list of it anywhere on the internet either. (Not even mouse bits!) So I pieced it together from some live recordings I was able to find, and I think I’ve got the whole thing together. However, one of the songs played consists of fragments from the aforementioned WTP music. I tried snipping it but the quality was horrendous. I believe that Kirk’s audio could be traced back to a live, 128 kbps WDW recording on mousebits, which I have here (https://mega.co.nz/#!sopEGQQS!OdejssEEbC_OaVoLe3Y_JDyBiEes-hpBLox5s-6Dzm0). The album shared by Kirk on this site was split up into the different songs. So anyways, I would really appreciate if somebody could split this original version up without losing quality, so then I would have a better quality version and be able to further cut it to fit in with the current Esplanade Music, which I would be more than happy to share with all of you. (If the volume could raised as well, that would be awesome!)

There was a Wonderful World of Color episode called Disneyland Showtime. To help recollect it was an episode that starred the Osmond Brothers and Kurt Russell. It’s deliciously cheesy full of ‘hip music’ and a great snapshot of early 70s Disneyland. The episode concludes with a 15-minute documentary on the building of the Haunted Mansion and it’s this part of the episode I’m interested in. Over the making-of bit there is an instrumental version of Grim Grinning Ghosts that is really fantastic. Alas, Kurt Russell is talking through most of it, so it’s difficult to scrape it for audio – or at least with the equipment I have.

Does anyone happen to have this audio without the dialogue?

I always hold out hope. With technology getting better all the time, I keep hoping that someday we’ll be able to get a clean copy. These are the original streams used in the game (In this case SVG [PlayStation 2], XWAV [Xbox], SPD [GameCube] ). The Xbox and GameCube versions of these files can be played and converted using VGMStream, but the PlayStation 2 version has to be converted TRACK BY TRACK using a program call MFAudio. But I included a FLAC and MP3 encode in the original thread here…

I did included the music from the cutscenes, but there were SFX Mixed in. 🙁
