to say that it was a nice surprise.
The use of strings is so beautiful!

It is a charming little score. I was not overwhelmed by the film with all its crazy characters- they were not crazy enough. But I do very, very much like the last journal entry. The film is based on a novel by the same woman who wrote 101 Dalmatians. The film features Henry Clavil- the new Superman- before he started to lift weights, fyi. Also the wonderful Bill Nighy who doesn’t have to lift weights.

Marianelli does seem to have a passion for Clair De Lune since he uses it so often.
