This can be played through VLC on a surround sound speaker system or opened in Audacity to look at or modify for whatever you might use this for.
An odd mix, the main vocals are in the two front channels, with the harmony vocals in the center channel with the electric guitar. I had to splice the beginning and end of the song from the version played in the ending credits of the film (versus the beginning), but it doesn’t sound any different since I fixed the volume difference. Hope you all enjoy!

If you like this, check out my 5.1 mix of the Skyfall theme!

Edit: Ok, here’s a proper 5.1 mix of Live and Let Die with a very small orchestral intro from the movie. I put the main vocals in the center channel instead of the rear left as the original is set up. The channels seemed to be flipped in the film version (probably unintentional). My mix, in my opinion, is way better than the film version. There is no subwoofer channel, but the center channel carries all of the sub power (speaking of which, the center channel was not used in the film mix so I put Paul’s vocals in there).
Good job and thanks for sharing!
NOW… do you have any other Bond Blu-ray discs? I’ve long considered trying to make movie edits of all the opening songs where applicable (already did Skyfall & Another Way To Die,) but the audio quality of this song is soooo much better.
