Rurouni Kenshin Shin Kyoto Hen ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK Regeneration -saisei-

This is something I bring for you today. I was not really hopping to get this … this soon.
As a fan of the old 1996 series and soundtrack I was having a lot of hopes with the come back of Noriyuki Asakura to the new Rurouni Kenshin OVA soundtrack. He does use and remakes some of the original tunes from the series. And they look (sound) good. But my only complain to this soundtrack is that, it is not as EPIC as the original work on the TV series.
Pretty much some of my favorite tunes from the original soundtrack is here, and I do like some of the new remade versions.
Kaoru to Misao ~2012~ right next with "Rinsen" are my lovely ones.
Noriyuki Asakura remade most of all these tracks from the series with some new visions of him. But, one of the points here… is how he managed to use the violin in such way as a recurring theme from the original "Warriors Suite".
For the fans… this will surelly be wonderfull to hear. Recognizing a large ammount of compositions mixed in here. 🙂
On a side note, for some reason mediafire was not liking this soundtrack and keeping giving me errors of uploading it. So I uploaded in Uptobox. Let me know if the file works, since it is my first time using their service. 🙂

Surprised not to see Mediafire links ?! Hoping that it will get back to work quickly. This site, uptobox, requires waiting. As long as 17 minutes for the first download. It looks like even if you waited for the period they wanted you to do. The timer will have a glitch of some sort. And Will reset the waiting time to 17 minutes even after waiting. However, I will revisit the download links later to see. Perhaps it is just happening to me.

What shall I supposed to say XD First, I am somehow happy to know that you can say I belong to certain nation 🙂 Because basically I can not personally say that. Long story. What can I say… mmmm I "currently" live in Syria… enough said. They do not have internet…. They have what I can call, some sort of a hyper mixed term, tyranny-net. XD

I dont usually go for gamerips unless I had played the game or there was never an official soundtrack about it. A bit of rule of mine. 🙂

I manage to work out, at least, what is wrong with mediafire. But I think it is firefox… but I can upload now, and I am re-uploading my 12 cd box of kenshin 🙂

Yeah, but although you (and me, and others) say that, he still will have the same troubles. It cant be helped, no matter if you have uploaded 1 TB of music (or more), one day all will be deleted. Thats why mirroring is good, the more mirrors you put, the more the links will last. If that happens, i suppose (only a theory) some people who downloaded it in the past will re-up it.

Just two more things. Im sure there is someone who is behind the deleted links cause and this plus the new MF policy (And glitches) is the result. Keep the fight Orie!

Thank you for sharing this. I felt the new OVA was okay, but I suppose it has alot to live up to.

The best of these 2-OVA failure is the music.

Well, don’t waste your time watching them, I did, and after I finished watching them I felt disappointed and sad to know that they’ve done a lot of hype and in the end it was pure trash…

I haven’t seen the second one yet. I think I really talked myself up about it. Like, I really wanted to like it so I was going to make myself like it. Didn’t work out so well. Even with knowing the story, it felt real dis-jointed and and the art style didn’t feel right.

Believe me Kooka, I was like you after watching the first OVA, but the second one was so awful, so bad, so average, so horrible… you’ll understand me once you’ve finished it.

I hear mostly okay things about the live action. I figure’d I’d wait a while for some decent subs before watching it myself.

Yeah, I’ve heard a lot of good things about the live-action film, I have yet to watch it like you; but as for the Shin Kyoto-hen, it’s the most disappointing anime ever made, and it’s pointless, better to re-watch the classic anime episodes of that arc instead of watching this nonsensical retelling. And by the way, welcome to ffshrine, it’s good to see a new face around 🙂
