Why is the Rebellion album in mono and in low quality?

You may not care but a lot of us do care about good quality rips, even if they are free. ;P And 320kbps is the highest bitrate (quality) possible in mp3s and most of all, the tracks are in stereo. The only exceptions as far as anything being in mono are 8-bit (or below) console rips and if a CD purposely had mono tracks. There should be no reason for REBELLION to be in mono.

Download the one I posted and give it a listen. It’s a huge difference that you’ll hear right away.

No offense but you need your hearing checked, there’s a HUGE difference in sound quality between the two. Again, it’s pointless to release CD rips in mono, unless they were originally in that format. Have anyone listen to the track "Conflict" from your upload and the one I linked to on headphones. There’s a massive difference in quality (mono versus stereo alone, in any quality, is a massive difference). And if 95% of people didn’t care about quality, they wouldn’t come to ffshrine for music (the lossless topic alone is the most important and busiest one here!) and would just rip music from youtube or get them from other crappy sites, torrents or p2p programs. I think you’re in the minority here, where you can be ok with low quality, mono rips of albums that are clearly in stereo.

#1 There’s is not a massive difference in quality. It’s not. Just Volume is higher. That’s all. Sorry.

If people didn’t care about quality (which according to you, is 95% of the people here), then why does the lossless topic have 3 MILLION+ views compared to any other topic created since that date? Not even counting all the FLAC topics with hundreds/thousands of views as well. By your logic, I should release all of my rips in low quality, all in under 22050hz and in mono because no one will care. I think the real correction is that 95% of LEECHERS don’t care about the quality but I think I can speak for all of us who rip games and soundtracks FOR the ffshrine community that we don’t want to be "teased" with low quality audio when we go out of our way to supply it in the best possible formats available.
