I present a new rip for the web from my own cd.This is a rip from the Meldac re-released cd.
This soundtrack, I simply love it. Since that intro in episode 1, (Prelude) I was damn hooked on the music like I would never thought I would. Symphonic album indeed. Three composers took part in soundtrack (actually they were 4, but symphonic only 3). I am really happy I was able to grab this for myself. Some tracks were timeless for me, as in, music that stayed in my head for years; "joshou ~Prelude", "jujutsu ~The Curse~", "yuushuu ~The Perplexity~".
"shukumei ~Destiny~" is an interesting track, because the strings rhythm sound very alike to a Jackie Chan’s movie main theme called "Who Am I?". I think It might be coincidence, but still, it is noticeable point.

I really like this CD. I have been re-wtaching the series again , and almost finishing. Already in the last episodes. I really wanted a second season. After this, I am goign to download the original mangas. I hope it does not end like the TV series. This is not an usual Cyberpunk story. It has all the elements of Cyberpunk style, but it really is a very emotional story in many ways. 🙂

I’ve had this lying around the HD for a while; thanks for the artist info and cover art.

My copy of the best of silent mobius has all these infos for all the soundtracks. 🙂
