Presents...
METROPOLIS ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK
One of my very first anime soundtracks (along with mononoke hime) that I got from this label back in 2009. :) I love this soundtrack with a great deal of... well, ... love. :D
Soundtrack is mixture of jazz tracks with symphonic and powered horn sounds. Both soundtrack and movie I hold very dear to me, and I was marvelous in acquiring this cd for myself. ^_^
Since the catchy main theme in the first jazzy track you hear, the sound ride just gets better and better. I do have some great guilty pleasures that I do need to point out: "EL BOMBERO", "ZIGGURAT", "RUN", "CHASE", "FURY", in that order of preference ("EL BOMBERO" so damn rules :D :p )
One of the things that I am glad is that there was one vocal not included in the soundtrack. "I can't stop loving you" by Ray Charles. My problem with this song is how it made a dramatic scene into a very comedic sound scene. You just could not take it seriously and this song took all of drama out and broke the crystal glass.
So, be aware, that is not included in here.
Everything else... oh yeah ! You betcha!! :D
