There is in fact a cast and crew for Toy Story 2, but its not complete. Theres only 5 extra tracks not in the official release. You can find more about it here…

its shown up on ebay a couple of times. you can find the links a couple pages back in the cast/crew thread in my sig. i’m still looking for it, but ive not found any cast/crew soundtracks not in that thread (or at better qualities than in that thread)
