Songs From Sopranos Episode "A Hit is a Hit"

I know the music group(s) featured in this story were fake. But the musical talent was real. I’m wondering if there is a full and proper track available somewhere for "Erase Myself" and "Defile You" from this story…or if someone’s done a very good clean rip from the DVD?

To this day these songs have never been officially released. The closest you’ll get is ripping the 90 second snippet of "Defile You" from the end credits of the episode.
