Between these two Ending Credits music which do you preferr:

Crisis Core Ending Credits (Living Legacy)- by Takeharu Ishimoto
or
Advent Children Ending Credits- by Nobuo Uematsu

If you don’t know them listen to them first on the sites mentioned below.
Even if you absolutely dispise this game remember this thread is about the music so no flame wars please.

Results will be compiled at the end of October.

I would have to say FFVII Advent Children. It’s been a while since I heard either, but any time I watch the movie, I always sit through the entire credits. The last time I beat Crisis Core, on the other hand, I ended up putting my PSP down to go make a sandwich during the credits.

P.S. Wouldn’t it have been easier to add a poll to the thread? It seems to me that doing so would have made counting up the votes easier.

Sorry about that. Would you believe that I forgot to create a poll for this, stupid huh?

Pity you didn’t sit through the CC credits you might have been pleasantly surprised (or not). Make sure you’ve eaten something before you see the ending again. Just give it a try next time if you feel up to it.

I’ve sat through the CC credits several times. The file that I am playing now is my 4th or 5th time through. I did like the end, but after I saw it twice, I got bored with it. I have to say that the game was good as far as the story, but the part of the game that really shines are the missions. I particularly enjoy fighting the 1,000-Soldiers (or was it 10,000?) and the Goddess missions over and over.

By the way, which of the credits do you prefer?

I keep erasing what I’ve said in here and changing my mind on which I prefer. Advent Children is the more consistently good song; Crisis Core exceeds it at times but falls to the level of annoyance at others (the rendition of the battle music for example.) I’ve got to hand my vote to Advent Children in the end here because it’s the more complete of the two.

To be quite honest I’m not really sure which one I preferr myself. I really love the part just before, during and straight after Aerith’s theme in Living Legacy, however I also like the FF theme music in AC. *Tsk, tut* decisions, decisions, I’ll think on it a little more before I give an answer 🙂

looks like im the first for living legacy. AKA ”fulfilled desire”.

crisis core is brilliant. you get to hear uematsu remakes, and some new orchestartions of his work. also some great new themes.
