I notice not every music "in the game" available on that OST CD
I think…some of in-game music/BGM was missing…
is that right ?

Yeah, that’s correct; not uncommon for official soundtracks to not have every piece of music used in the game, or related to it.
Anyway, I’ve a 154-tracks rip in .ogg format still uploaded on Nakido: message with the link (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f72/call-duty-modern-warfare-2-score-collection-89464/2.html#post1904809).
